The tournament gives away $1,500 in tournament tickets guaranteed as prizes. However technically its a freebuy tournament rather than a freeroll, as players are permitted only one free entry, but may re-enter or add-on (at the end of the rebuy period) for $1. Money from rebuys and add-ons contributes to the prize pool.

But there are only 4,000 places available in the tournament and when it reached this cap, no further players can enter, so its advised to be there early, at the start of the tournament, to have the best chance to participate before the cap is reached.
